Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer shipping to addresses within the United States. While we currently do not ship internationally, we may explore this option in the future if there is enough interest.
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Mississippi location within one to three business days of order placement. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on holidays observed by USPS.
All shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking provided. Most standard orders are expected to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order placement. While the majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours, please allow for processing time.
Shipping rates are weight-based and are calculated at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Once the shipping company delivers the item to your specified address, any liability or loss of the product becomes your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds for all items within 30 days of receipt.Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to initiate the return process.
- Items that you are not satisfied with (due to reasons such as not meeting expectations, arriving late, or incorrect sizing) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in sellable condition. We will issue a refund for the merchandise cost only. Shipping costs for these returns will not be reimbursed.
- Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the package. This timeframe includes transit time for the return shipment (3 to 7 business days), processing time upon receipt of the return (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).Customers will be notified of their refund status via email.
